David Welch greeted me when I brought my 2020 Explorer in for the works, he took my keys, said I could sit in waiting area he would take care of everything. When my Explorer was ready he brought my keys back for the works, he took my keys, said I could sit in waiting area he would take care of everything. The service dept at Al Spitzer Ford is a joke, taken my car 3x for a transmission problem, same old song and dance, asking me who drives my car how fast how many miles that has nothin to do with a tray pro car 3x for a transmission problem, same old song and dance, asking me who drives my car how fast how many miles that has nothin to do with a tray problem then the service advisor trying to tell me that my battery is low which would cause the transmission to act faulty, took my car to the place I bought the battery had it checked along with charging system came up exceptional, called Klaben Ford and the foreman advised me that he never heard of such a thing, theres a class action lawsuit in regards to the transmission, this is there way of not wanting to take care of there customers More

Sync Problem-GPS loses satellite Our CMAX's Sync system would periodically lose its satellite connection. The map would wander or go dark, GPS indicated "searching for satellite." Aft Our CMAX's Sync system would periodically lose its satellite connection. The map would wander or go dark, GPS indicated "searching for satellite." After a very thorough examination, it was seen that the system was up to date, no known issues were found (with Sync.) It was found that the system was set to auto-update. This, it was stated to me, could possibly cause the problem if there was an update while driving, the system would be interrupted. . This seems logical. The recommendation was to turn off auto-update, which has been done. It is now to be monitored for a problem reoccurrence. The recommendation seems reasonable, so we will monitor to see what now happens. The technical folks were thorough and reviewed the situation carefully. More
