It was easy to make an appointment for my 10k service but it seemed especially busy when we arrived. There was some difficulty figuring out where to go, A woman employee walking by was especially help but it seemed especially busy when we arrived. There was some difficulty figuring out where to go, A woman employee walking by was especially helpful in finding a service rep [apparently the guy assigned to me wasn’t there) and also helped me figure out where my car was when service was done. It did take,almost 2 hours which was actually about what I had originally expected instead of the much shorter time I was told. All in all service was good, the service rep was friendly and professional. I think my next visit will go much more smoothly. More
