Was met by Carol Ann, she was very friendly and helpful and explained the process. The wait for my oil change was only 30 mins in stark contrast to the nearly 2 hr wait at Cavander. Dealership changed ownership about one year ago and reflects that has resulted in an attitude change that everything now is about the money. Except for Rod Herrera, people seem pushy and inside of property beginning to look stark and barren. Other than Rod, my interactions have been less than stellar. My wifeās Lexus was returned to me after service 2 weeks ago and seat was tilted way back and the settings for seats and other items were changed. Perhaps someone tried to reset notifications and was unfamiliar with how to do it on Lexus. The new porters also do not present very well with appearance. Finally, as a Toyota owner since 1984 and an Alamo//Shottenkirk customer since 1988, I believe my observations are valid. Also, the āmiscā charge of $19.72 on my recent invoice is outrageous and reflects the direction the new regime is headed and not steeped in customer retention. More
