The last 2 cars we purchased were from another dealership do to the poor service and employees attitudes that we encountered at Alan Jay in the past. We were in the market for another car and decided to see do to the poor service and employees attitudes that we encountered at Alan Jay in the past. We were in the market for another car and decided to see if anything had changed at Alan Jay. The change we saw was unbelievable! When we pulled in the lot we were greeted by Gary Mooney. He asked what we were looking for and suggested an alternate that we found more to our liking. Gary was very knowledgeable of all the models and was able to answer any questions we had. After deciding which car we wanted we were able to negotiate a deal. We had an amount that we wanted for our trade in and we received it. We worked out the financial details with Mark Secore who explained all the options that were available. When we went the following day to pick up the car it was waiting for us. Gary went over the operation of all the controls and introduced us to managers in all the departments. We have never had such outstanding service at any dealership and we give Alan Jay credit for the great improvement in his operation. Gary phoned us after the purchase to verify we were satisfied with the car and to see if we had any questions or problems. Alan Jay should be proud to have a salesman like Gary on his staff. More
