Victoria made a scary situation feel manageable from the moment I walked in. My dashboard was lit up with warning lights and I had no idea what I was facing, but she immediately put me at ease and walked me moment I walked in. I needed new tires this time, discovered during a routine visit. The service rep (I'm terrible at names, but they are all terrific) gave me 3 options before I left that day (I picked one then), and an appoin visit. Then I got my DMV renewal which required a smog check, which I didn't have much time for. I was able to add the smog biz at the last minute. When I arrived for the appointment, the new rep double checked my tire choice. I am always impressed by their attentiveness to client needs. The appointment went better than hoped-for as I was out about 2 hours early. My new tires are great and I can relax on long road trips. Best of all, the DMV biz is done! Subaru Service is great. More
