The worst experience. I booked a 10am appointment to replace a broken wheel stud and was given a cost estimate for work that should have taken a fraction of an hour. I checked in on time and asked the service tech when I could expect my car to be ready. His response: "You arrived at 10am and we close at 6pm. Your car is promised for 5pm and could be ready around 4pm." I asked to cancel the work and waited for them to bring my car back from their lot across the street. In total, I was there only 15 minutes. I then called another dealer, booked a 3pm appointment, and was out the door by 4pm, with a free multipoint inspection included. I will never return to Albany Subaru. Bad news travels fast, and I've already told my neighbors who own Subarus about my experience. More
