I had a part that needed to be replaced and was covered by a secondary warranty. I had been getting my car serviced at Downtown Subaru of Oakland service center for convenience of the location, but when t by a secondary warranty. I had been getting my car serviced at Downtown Subaru of Oakland service center for convenience of the location, but when the claim was denied and they refused to appeal it, I turned to Albany of Subaru. As for Albany of Subaru, I had used their services in the past, but the location was not as convenient as Oakland. However, thanks to Aaron Pearson, he took care of the claim right away, I got the service I needed, and a loaner to boot. Jason Gongora, the service manager, was a pleasure to work with. The customer service I received at this location was like night and day. I have learned the errors of my ways, and I will continue to have my car serviced at Subaru of Albany moving forward. More

Had a great experience getting my rear brake serviced- they were much quicker than expected, but even so they didn’t mind me keeping the loaner car as long as initially planned.
