Typically, I visit the Huntington Beach, CA location, but I was due for a visit so I picked this location. The main staff (Alan Poon) was assisting me. He was very professional and attentive to my questionna I was due for a visit so I picked this location. The main staff (Alan Poon) was assisting me. He was very professional and attentive to my questionnaires regarding my coverage and vehicle. The promised time was much later than the promised time (>30 minutes), but Alan came in multiple times to update me before I even got up. He was so attentive that I had no problem waiting. While waiting, the other staff (Victoria Cisneros) dropped by to have a quick chat about my book, which made me feel welcomed and I am just not another customer. While waiting, I noticed the staffs would come in to check on other customers as well. Overall, the staffs are very conversational, friendly, professional, and attentive to customers' needs. I would definitely come back and recommend the locations to my friends who have a Subaru. More
