My experience was not great. First off I dropped my car off on Friday night to have it done Saturday. On the card I filled out to put my keys in I put that I would pick it up in the afternoon. Next thing you know I got one call that I missed as I was driving and called back 10 minutes later. No answer I tried to text no answer again then I proceeded to call 10 more times… nothing. They closed the shop down without even telling me on a Saturday. I am a student full time and work I need my car. I had to pick it up on Sunday because I needed to get to school early in the morning before the shop opens. Good thing I had another key, so that was very annoying. To add onto that the number the guy sent me a text on I texted him back before he said he was leaving for the day to say I would pay over the phone and to please call me back. Now I’m busy with work and school I forget about it. The guy called me weeks after and it’s not because he cares if maybe my car got stolen it because he hasn’t been paid. Literally maybe asking if I had my car would be nice not 3 weeks later but thanks. Then I am more than willing to pay but you guys proceed to tell me that i can’t use my coupon and when u tell them that they never explained their coupon policy the front desk lady tries to compare it to using a coupon at the grocery store leaving me baffled because it made absolutely zero sense. Made me pay $65 which is not a lot for some but for a broke student it’s not ideal. So I have to go pick up my key from the dealership off the concrete bc they don’t have anywhere to put the key. So since the delivery date, nothing but issues. One day while parked we were watching a parade and were backed up to a side walk with the tailgate closed with the key in my pocket. The tailgate all of a sudden started to open on it's own and no one was near the sensor. This must have happened about 15 times. We had the car delivered back to Albrecht by AAA. We were told it was only the key fob battery that needed to be changed. It seemed to work, though I did turn off the auto open/close sensor. This past week I turned the sensor back on and now nothing in the car works, won't lock, won't autostart, won't open tailgate with either FOB. Prior to delivery they installed something in the rear wiper to make the glass section of the tailgate open with the FOB, that's when this all started, not sure if it's coincidence. Not really happy with this vehicle.
