I bought My 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from albrecht auto group and few days later the transmission started to shutter and shake. I took the truck into service they couldn’t figure out the issue, starte auto group and few days later the transmission started to shutter and shake. I took the truck into service they couldn’t figure out the issue, started with software updates and told me they flushed the transmission fluid which was a lie… days later still the same issue. I had the truck in service multiple times for the same issue then they eventually told me that there technician was out with COVID and they had nobody to look at my truck so I gave up. I took the truck to GMC Danvers and they figured out the issue right away (torque converter) I got the truck back and all issues with the transmission went away. More
