Poor Service I just bought a used car and it had a high speed shake in the steering wheel, indicating a tire balance problem. When serviced for this issue the deal I just bought a used car and it had a high speed shake in the steering wheel, indicating a tire balance problem. When serviced for this issue the dealership did NOT balance the tires but instead ground down the rotors and did an alignment. Why? They wouldn't say and they wouldn't give me a copy of the alignment numbers. When I got in the car after this service it still had the high speed shake in the steering wheel AND now, additionally, it pulls to the left, indicating that the alignment is off. I called and made a second appointment to have both issues resolved. The second time around they again would not show me the alignment numbers. They said they checked the tire pressure, balanced the tires and did an alignment. The car drives the same. Nothing solved. Both visits I had to ask for a receipt for the work done. When I asked to speak with a manager, they told me there was no manager on duty at the dealership on the weekend so they would have a manager give me a call on Monday. No call. I did email the service director and have not received a reply as yet. So thought since no one wants to talk to me I’d write this review. More

The work is always done right, on time and I am always treated like I am their only customer. Larry, Christine, Tom and Donna are dependable, knowledgable and courteous. The people who actually do the maintenance and repairs seem to always get it right. The best thing I can say about the Service Department Team is that "I TRUST THEM". More

Kudos to Tom and Christine! For over 10 years I had a Forester they were always patient, kind, respectful, and courteous. Sadly I cannot buy another Subaru because of a the poor quality and value for the dollar (worst,most expensive car I have ever owned). However that should not detract from the fact they did the best they could, even better than their manager to listen and inform myself and other customers that I could see (their manager needs a serious less in Customer Service 101). After numerous issues with my Subaru Tom and Christine simply handled (calmed me down) and got me serviced, the took the sting out of owning a Subaru and I owe them. I'm buying a Honda and only can hope their service people are as nice. More

We went to Subaru of Wakefield because the dealership had been recommended by a friend. We ended up purchasing a used Forester and within DAYS of bringing it home we had to bring it back because it was over been recommended by a friend. We ended up purchasing a used Forester and within DAYS of bringing it home we had to bring it back because it was overheating due to crack in the engine block. Since then, we have had nothing but problems with the car. The service department regularly overcharges and DOES NOT FIX the problem the first {or second!} time. During our last unsatisfactory visit there were several other customers waiting to complain about their service. Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED WITH SUBARU OF WAKEFIELD!!!!! More

I purchased my Subaru 3years ago from Justin, who worked feverishly to get me the deal I wanted. I also have all my service done at the dealership, and each and every time I am there, Justin will find me a feverishly to get me the deal I wanted. We purchased our 2011 Outback from Subaru of Wakefield last year. We still drive the 2001 Legacy we purchased there and gave up our 1990 to my inlaws in 2001 when it had 200,000 miles on it. We always have our service done there and really like the fact that the folks working there have been there for years. Not much turnover at all. Great people, great service and we even talked with a neighbor about the dealership and she bought a car there as well. More
