I was able to book a service appointment quickly and easily. Upon arrival I was informed it was busy and there may be a delay, but my car was ready way before they had predicted. I still have issues with different electronic features, which Tanner patiently went over with me. I do consult the manual, but since it addresses different models, it is hard to follow, and sometimes it seems the instructions are not thorough enough. I don't know what tech worked on my vehicle. BTW, a 'Patrick' called me before this to ask if I was interested in trading my 2019 Forrester in on a newer model. (1) when he asked how I was, I told him he had woken me up [10 am but I am retired]. (2) I told him I had JUST made my last car loan payment! (3) If I wanted a new car, I would contact Justin Grant. I did NOT appreciate Patrick's call. More

This is my 2nd viehicle that I purchased from this Subaru dealership. It used to be Subaru of Wakefield then bought and changed to Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield few years ago, but the main reason I came back dealership. It used to be Subaru of Wakefield then bought and changed to Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield few years ago, but the main reason I came back to this dealership is they kept the same staff that used to work there. The salesman I worked with was Justin Grant. He was a great guy helping me find the right car and had never pressured me to buy a Subaru after the test drive. We converse like normal firends discussing about my need for the new car. After the test drive he told me to do my shopping with other brands and contact him if a Subaru would be my final choice. I decided to go with a Subaru Outback and Justin helped me get a good discount without me needing to do the tradional haggling at the dealership. I don't know how other salesmen operate at this dealership, but my experience with Justin was wonderful. I recommend this dealership if anyone is interested in a Subaru, and I suggest look for Justin Grant. Have a great day! More

If this is related to the installation of the remote starter, the service was exceptional, the folks I dealt with couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, and the amount of time I waited (in the ex starter, the service was exceptional, the folks I dealt with couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, and the amount of time I waited (in the extremely clean customer waiting area) for the work to be completed was very reasonable. Don’t know exactly what to say in this “Your Review” section. I looked on line for a suv that I wanted, found the one I was interested in, went to Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield where the suv was listed, section. Justin gave me a rundown of what’s in the vehicle and how to use things then I drove it home. I am just as happy / satisfied with this 2025 Forester Premium as I was with the 2014 Forester Premium I bought in September of 2013. I would highly recommend Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield to anyone that is in the market for a car. Today I had a remote starter installed and the people I dealt with in the service department was as friendly and helpful as could possibly be. More
