Then they tried to upsell me $1,400 for a windshield, which was absurd. To make things worse, their tech broke part of my console while the car was in their shop. No ownership, no apology, nothing. And it gets better… Fifty miles down the road toward Los Angeles, the traction control starts acting up. I babied the car all the way to Ventura and pulled into Paradise Chevrolet. They plugged in their diagnostic, fixed the traction control issue quickly, and didn’t charge me a dime. That’s the difference between a dealership that respects its customers and one that doesn’t. For me, it’s simple: Never again at Alexander Cadillac. From now on, I’m taking my vehicles to Paradise — the people who actually help you. More

Calling in before i arrived i let the service department know what the codes were for the emissions systems. After arrival, at my 0830 appt, i called around 1400 to check and the response was it was done a know what the codes were for the emissions systems. I received a call about 10 minutes later telling me that the codes were just provided by the tech and the parts were needing to be ordered. I drove 3 hours to this location because i thought i could trust it would be done. I picked the truck up and the service was not completed...I now need to plan another trip to get this work complete. I live in ridgecrest ca and dont have any dealers around that can fix it....very dissapointed. More
