Left me speechless and beyond Content!!!! ; ) I was blown away by this dealership. I've been to several different ones, thru out my lifetime, for personal purchases, or along with family, or for f I was blown away by this dealership. Edward Martinez, who I was SUPRISED to hear was new to the team, maybe 6 months, showed extrodinary professionalism but also a great deal of compassion, attentiveness, great communication skills, and number one a GREAT LISTENER. Never at at any point did I feel forced to take something off the lot we were not interested in like MOST dealerships will do. We knew what he wanted, and the whole time you can tell he wanted to make sure we ended up with it, and at the best possible price for both of us. The GM or Head of the dealership (Dwayne) was slaving away at a desk, which is understandable when you have paperwork for vehicles, but he took time to stand up, shake my husband and I's hands, and introduced himself and ultimately accommodate us the best he could. Our last encounter was with a tall hispanic gentleman that worked in financing. (Moises)He was honest, upfront, and had a great sense of humor. He didnt try to push us into buying any extended coverage we might not need, and gave us his opinion on what would best fit our needs financially. From the moment we walked through the door, the smiles, the introductions, the communication, the "Were HERE for YOU" was definately present. Id give this dealership two thumbs up!!!! Excellent pricing & in and out in under 30 minutes We purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon XL over the weekend at Alexander after shopping and comparing prices in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and online. Working w We purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon XL over the weekend at Alexander after shopping and comparing prices in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and online. Working with Edward Martinez at Alexander, he was able to beat every other deal we were offered and gave us a substantial amount for our trade-in. Once we came to an agreement on price (over the phone even) we were in & out of the showroom to sign paperwork in under 30 minutes. Our new vehicle was washed, we were given a full tank of gas and Edward took the time to activate various technologies & pair our phones. I'd highly recommend Alexander for their pricing and willingness to negotiate. For a salesman, definitely go see Edward Martinez. He worked really hard to ensure we got the deal we wanted and was personable, friendly and eager to help us in any way we needed. More

When I mentioned that I should probably start looking for a new car, he referred me to Ray Kolbe. Ray immediately picked up on the type of car I would like. He spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough in answering all my questions. Going from a Saturn to a Cadillac, I will definitely be attending one of his vehicle technology training classes. I do not recall the name of the finance man but he was wonderful to work with too. More
BUYER BEWARE.. Bought a used vehicle from this dealership in Nov 2014. Website says all used vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being place for sale and I was Bought a used vehicle from this dealership in Nov 2014. Website says all used vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being place for sale and I was also told this by the salesman. Had my car for TWO days and had multiple oil leaks and transmission issues. After several phone calls and messages left with no return calls I had to demand to speak with someone. Told to bring car back and they would look at it. Again...two days later and I had to call to get an update and even this was a battle. Told the vehicle has several issues and would be at least $2,000.00 in repairs and they were not even finished looking at it. They told me they would give me a discount on repairs...on a car i had for TWO days???? I took the car to an independent certified repair facility and their estimate is $3,000.00. It gets better... The registration was all messed up and I still do not have plates. They sold me a car that was still registered to the previous owner in another state. More

I got an email from the dealership and signed up for this free service as it is difficult to learn all the bells and whistles while you're driving and trying to read the manual. I learned in my car, so much more than I could absorb from the manual. And because these are private lessons in your car, Ray spends your time on the features you want to learn, I.e. navigation was important to me but i-pod, not so much.
