My Bronco stayed next to service entrance all day with keys being placed in drop box at 7 am. Apparently they lost my keys and didn't realize until I called at 4pm to ask when it was ready. I also had coupon for the works and was charged differently. I had coupon in the seat. I even asked Jessica was my price w the coupon and she said yes, plus tax. My total was $73.88 plus tax. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them and was told it had been inspected and had no issues. I took the truck to have the front end aligned a week later and find out that the tie rod end link is b told it had been inspected and had no issues. I took the truck to have the front end aligned a week later and find out that the tie rod end link is bad. It wasnt something you could miss if you looked at the front end of the truck. They did change the fuel filter for me and was quick. More
