They made the process very easy . Most of it was done just texting David Jordan and when I arrived my truck was ready and waiting . Very easy and comfortable to deal with. Sales, F/I, paperwork all knew their jobs and did their jibs well. Very efficient. The F/I guy, Stephen, offered to drive my new truck the 2.5 hours to deliver it to me! All of the staff we dealt with were pleasant to work with. The truck that my wife and I drove 3 hours( we got lost at one point) to see was exactly as advertised; no surprises. I always want to pay less than I paid( for anything shoes, underwear, hats, trucks, etc) BUT I know I got a very fair deal. I know this because I shopped online Ford dealers within a 1000 mile drive from home. I will recommend this dealer to everyone. Wife and I are very pleased! More
