Difficult to schedule service as you now have to deal with AI, which is disappointing as I appreciate having the ability to speak with someone while deciding what I need. First of all, my name is Lori Worley NOT Lori Daniel, which is what was on the text message I received. The only complaint I have is the service took tooo long. I had an appointment for 7:00 am for a ti which is what was on the text message I received. The only complaint I have is the service took tooo long. I had an appointment for 7:00 am for a tire rotation and I was waiting for my vehicle. I arrived and checked in at 6:55 with Mike Estrada, who is ALWAYS great, thats why I only deal with him. They didn’t even start working on my vehicle until after 8:00 am. An hour and 20 minutes is entirely too long for just a tire rotation. Kudos to Mike Estrada though. He always gives great customer service. More
