My wife and I recently moved from Fresno Ca to Yuma. The waiting area is comfortable and the service was quick and everyone was very friendly. The only issue we had was the mechanic tech did not properly secure the oil pan cover. We drove the vehicle for a week and heard something dragging. I checked under the vehicle and found it was the oil pan cover. I contacted Alexander Toyota and a new cover was replaced free of charge. Overall I am very satisfied with Alexander Toyota and incidents like this do happen. We will continue to use Alexander Toyota and highly recommend their services.. More
