I went to have service on my 2025 Crown. The service was completed within a reasonable amount of time. Updates were sent to my phone on the progress. Everything was great with the exception of the technician shoving my paperwork into the glovebox and getting it stuck into the place where the cabin air filter is located. My service manager was made aware and the technicians apologized. It made me wonder how careful they are with my service. I will go one more time because I really want to give a great review. More

If I could give a lower score I would. I took my vehicle to Alexandria Toyota for a warranty paint repair. Alexander Toyota contracted the paint repair with Alexander Ford body shop. Alexa I took my vehicle to Alexandria Toyota for a warranty paint repair. Alexander Toyota contracted the paint repair with Alexander Ford body shop. Alexander Ford body shop damaged the paint on the bed of my truck. Since Alexander Toyota are representing the Toyota corporation they are leagally responsible to resolve the issue. Alexander Toyota refused to take responsibility causing me to escalate my complaint with Toyota corporation. Toyota corporation was extremely sympathetic with my situation. Not sure what they can do for resolution but I guess I’ll find out. To date the CEO Mr Howard has not returned my call and referred the matter to the Service Manager to handle which is fine I guess. The reason I wanted to escalate my complaint to the CEO Mr Howard was because the Service Manager wasn’t able to resolve the issue with the Alexander Ford body shop in the first place. In my opinion Mr Howard should have at least talked to me and got involved. I believe Mr Howard is out of touch with his consumer base and has no regard or interest for customer satisfaction. I bought the vehicle in 2017 brand new from Alexander Toyota. Alexander Toyota lacks integrity and has no honor! More
