Improved since last winter. They were fast & efficient giving our new car its first 5,000 mile inspection & service. The department where we sign the paperwork, were upset when we wanted to read all the pages we signed. We explained last year we signed a page without reading that stated we had taken our previous car to an independent garage, when the garage was a certified Toyota dealer. The invoice could not be corrected. The woman insisted this is a certified dealership & I agreed with her & again explained their statement was permanently incorrect for the life of that car. When asked about a date on this current invoice of October 2026, she wanted me to just sign the papers & explained they are the same for everyone. We did not own the car until November. I signed. . . Her attitude indicated I was out of line to question anything. The service department was great. I bought my last car there. Because of the bookkeeping department, I bought this 2026 elsewhere. More

I have been taking my cars to Alexander Toyota for more than 15 years. Service have improved greatly for the past year. I like the new feature when they send you videos of the inspection and they point out than 15 years. Service have improved greatly for the past year.
