I normally hate service this time I dealt with Jason Flavell and will only deal with him. I dread using Toyota service normally and Jason gets 5 stars and should get a raise he was amazing. I have used the service department at Alexander Toyota twice within the past year. Both times I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the kind way each of them treated me ... an ei twice within the past year. Both times I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the kind way each of them treated me ... an eighty-four years old lady with health challenges. I especially enjoyed chatting with the shuttle driver as he drove me to and fron KFC for my lunch. More
