Most of my experiences with Alexander Toyota have been excellent, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Unfortunately, my experience changed when Service Manager Rick Moody became involved. He was disrespectful, unprofessional, and raised his voice during our conversation. I even had to ask him to leave the office. His comment that an intermittent vehicle problem was acceptable as long as it didn't happen all the time was both surprising and disappointing. Despite this experience, I still hold Alexander Toyota in high regard. I believe one person's behavior does not represent the entire dealership, and I hope this is addressed More
