Took my 2024 Tundra here for service, oil change and tire rotation was done good but one of the letters on my tailgate was coming off. Was told they would use adhesive to fix but ended up using two sided tap rotation was done good but one of the letters on my tailgate was coming off. I took my truck last Tuesday at 10am for the 10k mile service, the lady Soshi from the service department encountered me in a really professional manner, however when I took my truck last Tuesday from t service, the lady Soshi from the service department encountered me in a really professional manner, however when I took my truck last Tuesday from the Toyota station I did not inspect it because I was confident that it had been serviced properly, went to work afterwards then headed home, the following day in the morning I proceeded to check my tire pressure and overall appearance, I found out some black grease stains on the paint which surprised me since they have done a car wash, then the worst of it is when I spotted by front left side number being damaged, I couldn’t believe it. However, I have reason to believe that the damage happened during service since my truck was poorly managed with the sloppy care of handling. I wanted give the benefit of doubt, however I had access to the cameras from work last Friday where I checked the footage and found no evidence of my truck being damaged from my work parking lot, also I checked the cameras at home and arrived to the same conclusion, I commuted my truck just work and home back and forth during those days, I am very dissatisfied and frustrated since I bought a brand new truck from Alexander Toyota and can’t believe that the service staff members can’t handle proper care to the customer’s vehicles, I’d like to arrive at a reasonable resolution with the dealer, however due to my work schedule I haven’t been able to go to the dealer to sort this out More
