From the moment I walked into the Service Dept. it was a very positive experience. I was greeted warmly and asked to wait while the service person finished up with someone else. While I waited I observed a woman who cleaned both sides of the door I entered and the went about cleaning the desks and surfaces in the area. She was very diligent and thorough--very much appreciated that you all value the health of your employees and customers! The woman who I paid my bill with was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I only wish I had asked their names while I was there--I hope you can recognize them for their outstanding attention and courtesy. Also, while I was waiting, I asked Brandon about some of the vehicles and he was very upbeat, professional, and helpful. BE AWARE IF PURCHASING A USED CAR I went to buy a used car from this dealership and ended up taking the car to my mechanic. Found out the car needed $7500.00 worth of repairs. I ended up taking the car back within 3 days of purchase to void the sale! The manager would have sold me a worthless car knowing it was in need of repairs! Spend a little money on having the car inspected by an independent source and save a lot of money!! I ended up purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned from and had that inspected as well. All was good with that car. Besides the manager trying hard to sell me a worthless car initially, the rest of the service was good. Sam was our salesman and he was good to work with. More
