Especially, my salesperson was very helpful in terms of getting ready for all the info and documents that are needed ahead of the time, which eventually saved a lot of time spent in the dealership. Certified used car has better warranty and much better condition. I've been to few dealers and conditions were really bad. Imagine two-three years old car? I was really surprised when I saw them. Then I went to Alexandria Hyundai, all of their cars were certified. Sales person told me that they are number 1 in certified used car dealer.
