Bad Car Service at Alexandria Hyundai You take your car in for service ( airbag & dashboard lights issues). The dealer keeps your car more than 3 hours only to explain to you that a part i You take your car in for service ( airbag & dashboard lights issues). The dealer keeps your car more than 3 hours only to explain to you that a part is needed and has to be ordered. Okay, we schedule a future appointment after the part arrives. We take the car to have the part installed. The service representative states 3 hours is needed for the part to be installed. We come back 3.5 hours later only to be told at least 3 more hours is needed for repairs. The service hadn't even started repairing the car or even moving the car inside the shop. When questioned about how long the repairs would be completed, the service representative couldn't or wouldn't tell me and that no loaner cars were available. I understand that on walk- in visits that wait time may be underestimated, but with appointments this kind of wait time is ridiculous and unacceptable. More

Suddenly, after I left, they wanted to do business with me, after I told them I was not going to make a decision until after Christmas, they continued to call and text me until I finally told them I would not do business with them at all. I went back Alexandria Hyundai and was treated like an old friend, I felt very comfortable, never pressured, no one tried to sell me something I didn't want, and I got the best deal! I will NEVER go to another dealer again. More
