Ask for Mike! I started car shopping months before I actually made my purchase. I never considered Hyundais as I come from a Toyota family. I came in and was greete I started car shopping months before I actually made my purchase. I never considered Hyundais as I come from a Toyota family. I came in and was greeted by Mike and he was amazing every step of the way. He respected the fact that I wasn't ready to purchase that day. He was not pushy, but was engaging enough that I knew that day should I purchase I would want to work with him. Having recently, moved to the area he was also shared things to do in the area. He knows the fundamentals of customer service. I would work with him again in a heart beat. The dealership is small, but it gets the job done. They got cars and they got service, so what else do you need? I am really enjoying my Hyundai Elantra and still learning more about it. It was exactly what I needed for my next car. I was not pushed into something that wasn't meant for me. They kept it simple, which was a plus for me. I am very satisfied and happy to be a part of the Hyundai family. More

Frustrating (but somewhat typical) car-buying experience The salesperson I worked with was professional and very nice. The dealership itself was a bit chaotic; the service manager was running around yelling The salesperson I worked with was professional and very nice. The dealership itself was a bit chaotic; the service manager was running around yelling at people and another technician was in the parking lot loudly yelling and swearing about a vehicle on the lot that he was supposed to service. I think my experience would have been better if I had been purchasing a vehicle that was on their lot but they had to get it from another dealership. This process took forever, whereby I was left alone for long stretches of time with no updates and then asked if I would settle for a car that I had already said I didn't want. They promised the car would be delivered the next day and when I called the next day (as I was walking out the door to pick it up) they told me they didn't have it and the deal had not been worked out. Then, after being told I could get one rate, they charged me another. The finance manager wasn't even going to tell me the rate but I asked. Overall, it was a long and frustrating process. I'm very happy with my new car but if I had to do it again, I'd probably go elsewhere. More
