Very happy with the Service Department. Went in for new tires and when they ran diagnostic tests they discovered a problem with rats attaching my engine block unbeknownst to me. Caught it b Went in for new tires and when they ran diagnostic tests they discovered a problem with rats attaching my engine block unbeknownst to me. Caught it before the nasty rodents did additional damage, like chewing through wires. That’s excellent Custom Service from the Service Department. Mohammad Jabir is absolutely fabulous and the best service rep. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, cost conscious, customer oriented, puts in an unbelievable amount of hours - s service rep. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, cost conscious, customer oriented, puts in an unbelievable amount of hours - so he always seems to be there, and is always cheerful and a pleasure to work with. He's the reason I drive over 70 miles to just to have my oil changed when that's all my car needs. And needless to say the only person I take my car to when it needs more than an oil change. More

Jenny has been my service rep over the years for my 2005 Prius and now my 2022 Prius. I always wait for my car and she keeps me up-to-date as to the time it will be ready. She always tells me what to expec Prius and now my 2022 Prius. I always wait for my car and she keeps me up-to-date as to the time it will be ready. She always tells me what to expect as she hears from the mechanic and then reviews the final read out so I can anticipate when my brakes, tires, etc. will need attention.
