I have been with this dealership for at least 15 years. Changed from the previous one since purchasing my Prius in 2005 and was happy up till now. Excellent service! I had to change my hybrid battery (original one worked 20 years). The battery was ordered and I had to rent a car to be mobile while my car was in service. I was given a new Corolla which I enjoyed driving for 4 days. Luckily, the battery for my car came in early, and I drove out of the dealership last Saturday, May 24 instead of Tuesday, May 27. Very happy with the Service Department. Went in for new tires and when they ran diagnostic tests they discovered a problem with rats attaching my engine block unbeknownst to me.
