Classic bait and switch. Called and spoke with a salesperson and agreed on a specific vehicle and price. I drove an hour and a half to the dealer and was told the vehicle had been sold and they cou salesperson and agreed on a specific vehicle and price. I drove an hour and a half to the dealer and was told the vehicle had been sold and they couldn't offer the same price on a similar model because it was a slightly different trim. Very shady. Avoid! More

Dishonest and Corrupt Financing Practices After wasting over 8 hours personally at the dealer and a week communicating with the sales guy (Jass- Who is a decent guy)...this dealer strung me al After wasting over 8 hours personally at the dealer and a week communicating with the sales guy (Jass- Who is a decent guy)...this dealer strung me along and when it came time to finalize the deal, the purchase price of the vehicle was not as advertised, I was being forced to purchase a bundle (without any explanation) forced to purchase Gap and was paying almost $3000 in dealers fees. Then at the 9th hour (10pm) the financing jerk (HECTOR S.) I am told that the credit application was turned in wrong and that he needed to call the bank so I couldn't take the vehicle. Then I get a text message the following day tell me that the vehicle has been SOLD! xxx! This dealer has ZERO INTEGRITY! It is the true depiction of what everyone hates about car dealers! Truly made car buying a hassle and AWFUL EXPERIENCE! What a waste of time!!! More

Incompetent Service center extremely slow. I was not given a receipt which I needed for service and was told it would be emailed. I called 8 times, talking to the Service center extremely slow. I was not given a receipt which I needed for service and was told it would be emailed. I called 8 times, talking to the general manager 3 times trying to get the receipt. Every time they said they would send it but it never came. If they can't handle something this simple what can they get right? More

Dishonest and Shady Employees If I could give them less, I would. We drove 2 hours to this dealership because we agreed on a price prior. We wait for our salesman for an hour. The finance manager treated my husband and me with such disrespect. Even though they listed the price of the car on their own website at one price, they added on $10,000. They said their own website was wrong. So basically, like all these other reviewers, we wasted hours of our day at this shady, unprofessional dealership. DO NOT GO HERE! They are dishonest and everything people stereotype dealerships as. Do not believe them! More

Jassiel Vasquez was extremely knowledgeable about Alfa. We decided to lease one last Saturday. Called Jassiel to make an appointment...drove off with the car less than 2 hours later. JC the finance manager worked really hard to meet our numbers. All in all this was by far the best car sales experience. Highly recommend Alfa Romeo North Miami. Great team! More

Lies after lies show the type of buisiness they run. I have not received from the Fiat of North Miami any service since I bought My vehicle there, the general manager lack of professionalism added to poo I have not received from the Fiat of North Miami any service since I bought My vehicle there, the general manager lack of professionalism added to poor customer service is reflected for all and each of the employees that work there. The only goal they have is to sale and then forget about it, Be careful do you homework and buy somewhere else. They are plenty companies in Florida that they sale "peace of mind" when you purchase anything from them because they want your business. This people at Fiat of North Miami do not care about customers, They just don't want you recurrent business just a fast buck. I am still waiting from a call, service warranty and money return that have take since Nov. 2017 to be processed at their accounting department. I do not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. Period. More
