I have had the pleasure of visiting 3 Alfa Romeo dealerships with each of them being outstanding. However, Stuart Alfa Romeo stands apart. The location is conveniently located and easy to enter and dealerships with each of them being outstanding. However, Stuart Alfa Romeo stands apart. Even the service center, which is visible from a large window in the upstairs waiting area, looks like a showroom itself. This is the only place I have used where the customer can actually watch their vehicle being serviced. That’s not only confidence in their technicians but reassurance to the curious customer. The check-in process is so carefree. Peggy literally handles everything, answers all questions and will even go out of her way to do research to provide the customer with excellent service. Phone calls are returned promptly. Peggy must check her voice mailbox constantly because I have never left a message and not received a call from her within an hour or two during business hours. What else can I say? These people are good at their jobs and should be standard for automobile service and sales. My next car will be an Alfa. More
