Peggy did not communicate with me during my most recent visit. However, when I spoke to Alfa care they told me that they spoke to her. I was less than happy because I should’ve been contacted by the dealer visit. However, when I spoke to Alfa care they told me that they spoke to her. When I went the next day to get my car she did not engage and did not provide the service that I have been accustomed to from her. Came in for an oil change. Very friendly at introduction. Very knowledgeable and honest about my vehicle needing new tires.
