Had an absolutely terrible time servicing my Alfa Romeo Giulia here. Firstly, the advisors performed work that I did not authorize. The worst part is that I had to fork out hundreds of dollars for a rental during this whole time. Stressful and terrible situation. Avoid this service department at all costs. More

Brought my car in for basic maintenance. Oil change,. tire rotation and balance. Web site offers at $135. Also needed to correct issues covered under warranty, which is free. Some simple research should on the techs part would have made my experience stressless and I would have left confident in the work that was done on my vehicle. More
