My compliments to Bruce and his tech staff. I have a Giulia QV which I am very particular (OCD) about. I recently had it in for service and some additional items. I typed out specific instru I have a Giulia QV which I am very particular (OCD) about. I recently had it in for service and some additional items. I typed out specific instructions of how I wanted things done, the removed parts placed in the trunk, etc. etc. Everything was done exactly the way I requested, Bruce was super nice. Price was fair and service was done very timely. Will definitely use again. More

Went in for an oil change, oil was changed and was given the new oil filter in my hands, they stated old oil filter could no be removed because it was tight, who performed the last oil change? You did! Who the new oil filter in my hands, they stated old oil filter could no be removed because it was tight, who performed the last oil change? You did! Who over tighten the oil filter compartment YOU did Alfa Romeo and Fiat of Maple Shade. Terrible service, was charged for full service and sent on my way with the old oil filter still in my car. How irresponsible! More
