Honest, Fair, upfront, and pleasent I have been searching for a Alfa Romeo Giulia for several months, visited 3 other dealers and didn't get the sense that they want to work with me on a I have been searching for a Alfa Romeo Giulia for several months, visited 3 other dealers and didn't get the sense that they want to work with me on a trade-in. Previous weekend I traveled almost 400 miles run trip to another Alfa dealer only to have them change the terms of the deal when I got there. I exchanged some email with Chris and ended up talking to him on the phone. Talked through all the details, what I was looking for, what I was trading in and my expectations. Within 30 minutes we had a verbal agreement and I set out on a 3.5 hour drive across the state. When I got there, no drama, no changes, the paperwork was ready and the terms as we agreed upon.
