Alfa Romeo Guilia TI-2021. 5 Stars!!! I would give 10 stars if it let me and here is why: From the moment I drove up to the dealership I was greeted by a Jovial salesperson-Scott King. I love to laugh a lot and I felt very comfortable with him. I let Scott know that I knew nothing about this car but I had rented the Alfa Romeo SUV in Austria and loved it. I didn’t want an SUV but a car instead. I really liked the Guilia. At first I wanted a New car and got a bid with my trade in-Mini Cooper S and then I went home. Talked with my husband and we started looking at new ones as well as used ones that had less than 10k miles and I let Scott know what I was looking for-Red with tan and black interior or red and black interior. But it had to be a Red exterior and please don’t come back to me about a black interior. I don’t like black interior. I couldn’t find a Used one from a 100 mile radius of what I wanted and just decided to wait. Scott kept me updated every week but nothing was popping up. So now my husband decided to get involved and he really enjoyed talking with Scott King and William Farmer the sales manager. They were instrumental in helping us to find the car I wanted!!! After all was said and done, I got the Alfa Romeo Guilia TI 2021 that was Red with Tan and black interior with loads of bells and whistles. I sent Scott all the information and paperwork and went there 2 days later. Pete Latsoudis made all the paperwork go smoothly-no last minute surprises for the final price negotiated. Scott spent at least an hour to show me how to use all the stuff in the car which of course I will forget but he also sent me a link for my car so I wouldn’t have to remember everything. Thank goodness 😅. I highly recommend this dealership! More

I became familiar with Maserati of St. Petersburg by way of their service department when I owned a Maserati purchased from another location. Mike Fallin and crew are wonderful and truly take care of your of their service department when I owned a Maserati purchased from another location. Mike Fallin and crew are wonderful and truly take care of your vehicle as if it was their own. This review isn't entirely about the service department though. Recently I purchased an Alfa Romeo from them and the experience was brilliant. My first contact was with Willam the sales manager. Through an initial phone conversation he talked me through the vehicle and worked with me over my trade-in price concerns. After this brief discussion I was sent an email telling me that the vehicle that I was interested in was in fact available and would be held for me to take a look at. Now keep in mind I never mentioned anything about holding the vehicle for me; thats two stars all on its own. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was parked in front ready for me to look over. I was met by Conner, sales and product specialist, and he talked me through the particulars of the vehicle before my test drive. After the drive I discussed trade price with William and he hit the higher end of the range for my trade, another two stars. Finally I finished up the purchase process with Chad, client consultant, transferred my personal items from the trade to the Alfa and drove away with a smile. More

I purchased my Alfa Romeo Stelvio brand new in 2019 and yesterday I performed part of the 2nd maintenance on the vehicle, oil change and oil filter change. Rest will come within days. Since Alfa Romeo doe yesterday I performed part of the 2nd maintenance on the vehicle, oil change and oil filter change. Rest will come within days. Since Alfa Romeo does not allow the owner to reset the message like most other manufacturers I wanted to know if they can reset the scheduled maintenance message once I've complete the rest. They want to charge me $150 to perform that 5-10 minute job. Spoke with both the Service Department Manager and the Sales Manager since the General Manager wasn't in and neither was willing to do it for a much more reasonable price. Spoke with Brandon Auto Mall Alfa Romeo and they will do it for free (in 5-10 minutes). If you like to perform routine scheduled maintenance on you Alfa Romeo yourself this is not the dealer to go to reset the scheduled maintenance message. They have lost my business for parts, accessories, repairs and possibly any future car purchase. SHAME ON THEM. I will drive the 50 miles round trip to Brandon Auto Mall Alfa Romeo for my future car needs. More
