I would start by saying that this review is not a reflection of the staff. They have been helpful, attentive and responsive. However, the company as a whole has really let me down. I've had 3 reca reflection of the staff. They have been helpful, attentive and responsive. However, the company as a whole has really let me down. I've had 3 recalls on my 2018 Guilia, and scheduling them has been a complete joke. I called four days in a row to alfa in wesley chapel, and two of the four, they didn't even answer the phone. When they did, I was told the person who schedules appts for service was out, so I would have to call back... they have since gone out of business, so I have to drive an hour south to St. Pete. The service team there has been great, but the last group of issues I had were the infotainment system just shutting off on me while driving and restarting itself 3 times before it stays on. Then the rear view camera says its unavailable. Then the front collision warning system is unavailable... then when I went to start it, it just made a whirring noise and said there was a starter issue. I brought it in, and it took a full week to get it back. Not the staffs fault, but a major inconvenience, and instead of a loaner that was a comparable value vehicle, they gave me a rented early 2000's caravan to drive around for a week. Embarrassing, and beyond frustrating. The whole week I noticed loaner Lexus, Mercedes and Audi's, while I'm driving around in a dodge minivan. Unacceptable after spending nearly 50k on a brand new car. More

I had a car they were supposed to drop off for me ~4 days ago. I was told they would call me by Mon. It’s Tues, I have no vehicle to drive, I’ve called, texted and emailed- no response. They also had me sign papers that were approx 2 weeks past due so they were supposed to call me to let me know what my payments would be, etc. I’m beyond disgusted with this dealership and the way they’ve disrespected me and haven’t bothered to return my messages or to call when they were supposed to. And to lie about the paperwork?! Surreal!! That lie is costing me ~$1000. I’m furious. This is nothing compared to my review online that already had over 50,000 views. More
