Fiat 500 was one of 5 cars to which I had narrowed down my search. The representatives at the dealership answered all my questions but without a "hard sell". The test drive was very important to me and I asked one of the salesmen to accompany me because I am not that familiar with the roads near the dealership and because of the major construction in the area. Again, no hard sell but he did point out some of the (very desirable) aspects of the car. When I made my decision, they also helped me with all the details such as setting up the blue tooth, and familiarization with the car.
