I will never go back. The service is awful every single time. You can’t reach anyone, no one calls back, and the explanations you get are confusing and make no sense. Trying to charge eight thousand dollars to replace a catalytic converter on an Alfa because you couldn’t remove an O2 sensor is outrageous, especially when the mechanic didn’t even have the correct tool for the job. That should never be the first recommendation, particularly when the repair is under warranty. On top of that, you still managed to charge me fifteen hundred dollars for a repair that should have been fully covered. It’s unacceptable. And while the car was at least fixed this time, that is more than I can say for the previous repairs, which were handled just as poorly. I guess I should be happy it was only there for three weeks this time. More

I dread coming to this service center. It is greatly overpriced given the service and quality of service. While I did not pay for recall on my vehicle this most recent visit, they wanted It is greatly overpriced given the service and quality of service. While I did not pay for recall on my vehicle this most recent visit, they wanted to charge me approximately $5,700.00 for additional services. I waited 6 hours. The first 3 hours was for the repair and I have no problem that I waited for this. The next 3 hours I was waiting for them to top off the coolant in my vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous considering this is a luxury vehicle dealership. Every time I come here I end up waiting much longer than expected and am over charged on all services. The only reason I came back this most recent time was because of the factory recalls. On top of that, there were only parts for one of the recalls to be fixed so now I have to come back again for the additional recall. More
