Communication is a bit difficult for this place. They don’t really reach out to you to let you know when your car is ready, you have to be on top of them. And to make things worse - when I got my ca They don’t really reach out to you to let you know when your car is ready, you have to be on top of them. And to make things worse - when I got my car back, it was past closing time. As I turned on my car, I had three low pressure tires that weren’t there when I gave them my car. So that was strange. I called them multiple times. No one called me back, and to this day I have not received a call back to understand what happened. I don’t know if it’s a system issue, but that is completely unacceptable to retrieve your car in such conditions. I’m happy that they helped with the collision issue, but I would’ve liked to have my car in perfect condition when getting it back. More

I dread coming to this service center. It is greatly overpriced given the service and quality of service. While I did not pay for recall on my vehicle this most recent visit, they wanted It is greatly overpriced given the service and quality of service. While I did not pay for recall on my vehicle this most recent visit, they wanted to charge me approximately $5,700.00 for additional services. I waited 6 hours. The first 3 hours was for the repair and I have no problem that I waited for this. The next 3 hours I was waiting for them to top off the coolant in my vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous considering this is a luxury vehicle dealership. Every time I come here I end up waiting much longer than expected and am over charged on all services. The only reason I came back this most recent time was because of the factory recalls. On top of that, there were only parts for one of the recalls to be fixed so now I have to come back again for the additional recall. More

Very pleased with my first ever “new car buyer” experience. They hooked me up and ensured I left happy. Of note: within less than an hour of driving a car, a rear tire popped a flat - they got me a experience. They hooked me up and ensured I left happy.
