The situation I describe is not only accuracte but can be verified by both witnesses with me as well as photographic evidence taken before I was forcefully made to leave. You should also know while these pictures were being taken not a word was said to anyone other than the people with me, however your team found it necessary to fabricate a story about the entire situation. Either way the pictures do not lie and I also find it hard to believe that you are not aware of the situation. Supposedly the manager is the one who gave me Dodge corporate number, of course in reality he handed me a blank card with no corporate number like I requested. Mind you he did not speak with me only charged me like a bull pretty much threatening a customer. If you have tapes please feel free to review them yourself as this incident happened yesterday. Your team was rude, disrespectful, and for a lack of a better term down right liars. I was not even allowed to actually speak to the technician or a manager after being treated like garbage. Bottom line however, is your team not only sucessfully got away for now with vandalizing a vehicle but possibly caused more internal damages as the vehicle was not checked properly. They informed me they checked the vehicle over head to toe and couldn't find a problem that was pointed out, yet when a quesiton arose about parts being off as well as caps they claimed to only have visually inspected the vehicle. The fact is the hood was opened prior the the vehicle being left and the problems were pointed out. At this time there were no parts detached and stacked under the hood, nor caps just sitting off. Whatever damage that occurs to the vehicle from having to drive it from your business in this condition should be your responsibility.
