Hello, We are not sure where this sudden negative review came from, especially since you have never been to our dealership. In regard to the deal that we did with Mr.Grecco and the review he left us, we made that right with him after a very productive conversation. We explained to him that the deal he referenced occurred over 3 years ago, the interest rates were much higher 3 years ago, but even then, that was out of our control as a dealership. We do not set the interest rates; the banks do. Mr. Grecco also purchased other vehicles from us after the review he left and had positive experiences with those. We pride ourselves on taking care of all first responders that come into our dealership, for sales and service. Ford Motor Company currently has a rebate of $500 off for first responders, and we as a company try to do more for first responders and take even more off. We help out thousands of first responders, so to base the decision to give us an opportunity on just one review is unfortunate. We invite you to call or come in to give us a shot and see the All American Ford difference!
