Hi being a women i always fear going to a New /used car dealership. Well let me tell you all that this was the single most positive car buying experience i have ever had. I was greeted by a very friendly dealership. Well let me tell you all that this was the single most positive car buying experience i have ever had. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady by the name of Kelly,who promised me that she would give me the best experience of trading in my used infinity and buying a used BMW 535 xi that i saw on line. The priced advertised was the actual sale price no hidden fees to my surprise,since i have been shopping for a used car for over 2 months,and all the other dealerships would add all the hidden fees once it came down to the actual sale what a turn off from these other dealerships. Let me get to the point mark Powell who is the General Sales Manager and Samy Henin Sales Manager both treated me as if i was a family member making me feel very comfortable from the accurate trade in value for my Infinity to giving me a great deal on the 535 XI BMW (which i Love by the Way). They offered me a deal which i could not refuse. But wait it did not stop there,they also filled up my car with a full tank of gas,the car only had one key ,well no problem they ordered me a new one on the spot,they even told me to come back in to have two very minor pin dents removed (Free of Charge) and the best is yet to come. Mark asked if the car had navigation installed ,when i told him it did not to my amazement he came back and handed me over a Garmin Navigation for my BMW Well i changed my mind about shopping for a used car and would recommend these guys to any women or better yet anybody who is on the market for a new or used vehicle.
