We had a very bad experience with another dealership and we were very unhappy on how they lied and told us that the car we bought (2011 Escape) had what we wanted and when we got home with it, it was't what we were very unhappy on how they lied and told us that the car we bought (2011 Escape) had what we wanted and when we got home with it, it was't what we asked for. It was a new car and 2 years after having the car, all we had were problems. We then contacted this dealership, they told us to come in that they would help us whichever way they could. They took in our old car, paid it off,and we got a 2013 Escape for the same payment, (sort of an exchange) and we were very happy and everything we were told, was exactly what we got.
