All American Ford in Old Bridge

I have a 2011 mustang gt with a valvetrain rattle that is not normal valvetrain noise. I've brought my car to one other dealer to have the sound diagnosed and to just know what's making the noise. It's a new car and I really like it so I don't want it to have any issues. I brought my car in and a tech came out with me to listen to the noise which he also heard and agreed is definitely not normal. I left my car over night, the next day Rachel called me back and said they ordered the parts needed which there was a tsb out for this same issue. They also reflashed my car with an update and my car feels like a rocket again. Either way, I'm very pleased and satisfied since I was getting a little hopeless thinking all of the dealers where going to pull this "it's normal valvtrain noise" crap. I'm very impressed and have to say their motto of "we fix it right the first time" is accurate. More

From the moment I spoke with Chuck on the phone he knew exactly what I was looking for and did all the work. I came in the very next day and he had already located cars that were to my liking. Chuck is very knowledgeable about all of the models and what steps to take to get you into the car you are looking for. He is approachable and genuine and that matters most when you are looking to make such important decisions. The team I worked with was also incredible. In working with Chuck I also met Joe Pedi who is the sales manager. He is very kind and helpful and they made sure I was able to drive off the lot that day. This ford dealership is VERY efficient and the people are friendly and helpful. My experience with this dealership was definitely 5 stars across the board and then some! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and helpful team that is willing to do what it takes to satisfy a customer! I went to this dealership with the intention of buying 2 cars. One for myself, and my son wanted to also buy a car. The fact that Chuck really knows what the cars can do and let us test all of the features that they offered in real life situations was the deciding factor for us. Most test drives are a ride around the block but Chuck showed us everything from the turning radius, responsive handling, to how the car handled and reacted to adverse driving situations. Joe and Chuck gave us a super price without even having to haggle. This is the first time in my life that a dealer did that when I explained that was what I was looking for. Most dealers give you a price and then want to talk and lower it when they see your reaction. These guys don't put you through the normal BS and that's what I was looking for. My son and I both decided to buy Ford Fusions and the rest of the process was relaxed and flawless. There NEVER was pressure from anyone to add things or take other options. Chuck was extremely thorough when explaining everything in the car and setting up the SYNC system for our phones. I've never written a review for a car dealer but my expectations were so far exceeded and I was treated so well that I felt I had to tell others that there is a place that exists where you can get treated like this and go home happy with a car and not be aggravated in buying process. The vehicle arrived and it was clean both inside and out. I loved it and was able to purchase it on the spot. The last several times I have been into your establishment I was given the courtesy of dealing with Mr. Joseph Pedi. Mr. Pedi has gained my trust and is an honest reliable source of information. A breath of fresh air in the car dealership business in my opinion. As a result of his dependability I have, on several occasions, recommended All American to family and friends. As a result I have had at least 4 people purchase or lease a product from your dealership in the past year. Each time I made sure they asked for "Joe".
