I visited American Ford in old bridge to get oil change. To find out I had bad axial that needed to be replaced. I had Karen F as my technician assistant she was professional pointed out the problem assured that the work was covered under my warranty and will get it taken care of today. If I didn't get my car serviced at this time; I couldn't of been injured or broken down on the road. When it was time to pay my bill i used my Ford points and the axial was covered under warranty. I really appreciate Karen F she went beyond efforts to have my car done the same day. She is customer friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
