My wife’s 2014 Fusion needed an oil change and tire rotation. My Service Consultant, Alyssa Ferrono , noticed that it was nearing 100,000 miles and suggested a spark plug and engine tuneup, as well. rotation. Later, I received a call from Alyssa advising that I could pay for the services remotely via a link and it would not require a fee. She noted that if I paid at the dealer, there would be an additional fee. I opted for the remote method and paid via the link. I later received another call from Alyssa advising me that the Fusion was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was in and out in minutes. Very nice experience.
