Great buying experience. Chris Savino was very helpful in getting me the truck I wanted. When I arrived the truck was upfront, warmed up, and ready for a test drive. Personal one on one service is positive. My repair experience was not a good one. It took entirely too long, 48 days, to get my vehicle fixed. I was told there is an issue with the parts catalog lea experience was not a good one. It took entirely too long, 48 days, to get my vehicle fixed. I was told there is an issue with the parts catalog leading to an incorrect part arriving and longer repair wait. From a customer standpoint the first time in a Ford, the overall experience has quite a bit of room to improve. I ended up escalating my issue to Ford Customer service out of sheer frustration. Even then, there were times where the messaging from Ford customer service was completely different than I was getting from the dealership service team. Not my place to figure out gaps between dealership and car maker. But there is an issue that needs attention for the benefit of the customer experience. More
