THE WORST EXPERIENCE So on April 30, 2018 in the evening I purchased a brand new 2018 ford Explorer Sport from All American mainly because I had a great experience at this So on April 30, 2018 in the evening I purchased a brand new 2018 ford Explorer Sport from All American mainly because I had a great experience at this dealership from purchasing my previous Explorer so hey why not right ? Well the next day I noticed that my brand new truck had paint chips on the tailgate, left bumper and front right fender and under the hood so I call my salesman Steve who tells me to call service .... I call service they can't get my truck in there until May 14th disappointed but ok so I drop said BRAND NEW Truck off at dealership they customer service call who was super sweet says well it may take a few weeks we are short handed?????? but I'll let you know now I am a lil mad I already waited 2 weeks for the appointment. Welllll they have my BRAND NEW truck for 2 weeks I look over the truck to check and make sure it is taken care of ya know they did have it for two weeks right NOPE NOT AT ALL so I go inside have to wait , now i'm pissed beyond pissed I get my customer service girl again super sweet and I felt horrible but she was the one in front of me and OH BTW I also called to speak to Service Mgr Nick 2x never called me back Pat eventually returned my call yup its fixed well no it was not!!!!! After having my car 2 weeks they only fixed the tailgate not the spots next to the tailgate not the spots on the fender noooooo so now we are at Memorial day weekend and I have two pups so Brooke trying to do her best to satisfy me well we can come to you on Tuesday and switch your truck with another Loaner (which by the way was another story) Well now YET AGAIN I AM INCONVIENIENCED Not Brookes fault BUT NOW I AM REALLY PISSED.... call sales person he was off i'll check into it tomorrow and have the manager call you in the morning (Saturday) well i'm still waiting for that call NEVER Happened AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!! so Tuesday May 29th comes I bring my truck back in for round 2 get another loaner this one was clean thankfully I ask how long will truck take now to fix the other spots ?? well on Tuesday May 29th at 5:06 pm I get a text stating she spoke with Sales and showed them the spots so we are going to repaint the entire quarter panel for you and the fender as well.............................. I say its all going to match perfectly right and how long will it take (MIND YOU I HAVENT MADE 1 PYMT YET DUE THE 30TH) she responds with yes and she was going to get together with the body shop manager pat and service manager pat first thing in the morning to get a more accurate time frame YEAH ok still waiting for a response from that text as well and today is Wednesday June 6, 2018, so today at 1:17 I finally get communication from them via text again stating just touching base with me and letting me know they are expecting to have my BRAND NEW EXPLORER back to me by the middle of next week and thanking me for my patience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have only had possession of my BRAND NEW TRUCK that now has had the paint compromised a total of 17 days and 1st payment later and ALL AMERICAN FORD HAS HAD MY TRUCK FOR TIME THAN I HAVE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AFTER THIS AND OUR FAMILY IS BIG ON FORDS I WILL GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and their Customer Service personnel directly are good but not all things can be handled by them. There has not been one ounce of remorse from the management team or any compensation other than the loaners they give you and the first one I received I had to clean it was filthy I AM NOT A HAPPY ALL AMERICAN FORD CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After numerous emails phone calls and visits I’m glad to say I had a different dealer help me out and get another ford. It’s a shame dealer few minutes away treated local customer so poorly. Waste of time They didn’t care what I was looking for that day, just what they wanted to get rid of. They spent two hours trying to talk me into a two month old loa They didn’t care what I was looking for that day, just what they wanted to get rid of. They spent two hours trying to talk me into a two month old loaner car that already had 2000 miles on it. I was clear in what I wanted, and wasn’t shown it as an option. Every sentence contradicted the previous one.. and ultimately I left. Ridiculous waste of time. More

Not sure where to start - service ? I was looking around for a very dependable car for my daughter who was just turning 17. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape in excellent condition from a I was looking around for a very dependable car for my daughter who was just turning 17. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape in excellent condition from a private party. I personally drove the car for 2 months when I got it and then it was time to turn it over to her. The car was great for the time I had it until I brought it in to All American for service. I brought it to them on Sept 13, 2017 because I wanted it completely checked out and "detailed" - which, they did very well, and the tire was not responding 100% to the steering wheel. They said it need tie- rods so I told them I needed the car 100% for my daughters safety and paid $842.67 on this visit. I paid, they gave me the keys and said its perfect. The very next day after I gave the car to my daughter, she called me , the car was shaking to the point where she did not know what was wrong. I drove all the way home from work to pick her up, I drove the car home where it had a violent shake the whole way home . Here is where my problem starts, I brought the car back to All American be cause the car did not do this anytime before I brought it to them - they kept it about a week, then I believe his name was "Matt: called me and said the car needed 2 rear axles and a front axle. I told him the car was fine until I brought it to them the first time, he said no worries, it is a $1200 repair but , then he called me by the wrong name , and said Mr. Howe, it is covered under your -some type of warranty the original owner had, and it would only cost me $150 , then he realized I was not the original owner, it gets better , I asked for some type of discount since the car was perfectly fine before then, he said he asked management and they said no, so I had no choice , my 17 year old daughter is driving this car. He told me he ordered the arts, they were backordered and it would take about 5 weeks to get them. As soon as they come in he would call me. Time went by and I called in, I spoke to I believe a "Jennifer" who told me Matt was no longer there and also the parts were never ordered. Now I have a big problem, totally lost my trust in this dealer, sounds like they were trying to get over on me, then it gets worse , I brought the car to another Ford Dealer who told me the axles were fine but they said they thought it was the driveshaft, another $1100 later, the problem is still not fixed. Now I do not know what to do, I have no more $$ . my daughter cannot drive the car in its current condition and all I know is that I was driving the car for two months and it was perfectly fine before I brought it to All American. More
