Months ago now, the mechanics at All American damaged multiple pieces of the interior and exterior of my 2022 Ford Maverick during a routine recall installation. At that recall installation I was pushed multiple pieces of the interior and exterior of my 2022 Ford Maverick during a routine recall installation. At that recall installation I was pushed by a Service Supervisor to have my tires realigned for $130, despite being in two weeks earlier for service, and having no alignment issues reported. I was in two weeks prior because that was the day the recall service was scheduled. Ironically, the parts weren’t even ordered for the recall, until the end of my original appointment. After leaving a review on Google accounting for these issues with multiple photos, I was contacted by their Service Manager Liz Talbott, who told me she would personally open the service garage for me, and make sure all of the issues with my car were rectified. When I returned so she can inspect the damage, she assured me multiple times in front of her entire staff that all damaged parts of the car I had shared, were going to have replacements ordered and installed, and I would receive a phone call from her very soon. All of this took place between July, August/Early September. I never received that call. I sent an email to the general manager of the dealership, after a receiving a trade in offer for my Maverick to my inbox, explaining these problems, the time expired, and their complete lack of a response, and disregard for the numerous lies I was told during this process. That also went unanswered. For some reason, I received a text message just now, asking to review my experience with Liz, so why not right? This place is a joke top to bottom. Do your own service, or go to any of the hundreds of local mechanics in Bergen County. More

He connected with me on a personal level, which i feel good about since most dealerships, dont treat you that way. Richard in Sales is a nice person, right from the time i walked to his desk, through the test drive, paperwork and delivery, he was extremely helpful. Gabe from Finance is another great guy who made the documentation process smooth even though there were some hiccups. Overall a wonderful experience and i would recommend this dealership to everyone. Be assuree that you would not lose a deal just on numbers, they will certainly work with you to get you the best deal possible. More
I needed some recall work done on my Mustang. I set up an appointment and when I arrived I was immediately greeted by Liz. I then gave some info to Tatiana and then went to the waiting room and had some complimentary coffee. I then spoke with Ed for a while about my car, the dealership, and some of the very cool vehicles for sale at All American Ford. I was kept updated on the progress of the work through the messaging system, as well as by Tatiana in person. Before I knew it, the work was done, my car was parked outside, and I was ready to go.
