Last week made an appointment with Mel. Brought car in because of rattling dashboard. Had an appointment for 7:30 AM. Mel wasn’t there. Dealt with Morgan. Dashboard was supposed to be taken Brought car in because of rattling dashboard. Had an appointment for 7:30 AM. Mel wasn’t there. Dealt with Morgan. Dashboard was supposed to be taken apart to fix rattling. Everything changed with Morgan. She told me it would take three days to take dashboard apart. She told me it couldn’t be done on Friday. Instead, she gave me an oil change I didn’t ask for, for which I was charged. This felt like bait & switch. I was extremely disappointed with the service all because Mel wasn’t there. Now I have another three day appointment in October. I want an explanation as as to why your service with me went from A+ to D-. And my dashboard is still rattling. I guess Mel is the only person I can believe. More
