2nd Subaru and Great Buying Experience It took me about a year to decide on buying a new Subaru... As a matter of fact I visited not only this dealership but others within the tri-county ar It took me about a year to decide on buying a new Subaru... As a matter of fact I visited not only this dealership but others within the tri-county area and did extensive web searches concerning the 2016 models. On each visit to this particular dealership I was met by Iryna Obolonchyk and she was very welcoming and readily able to let me look around and answer my questions. No Pressure, just a nice chat and her business card with her hours at the dealership. By the time I was ready to purchase, several months later, she remembered me and was able to help me make the right decision for my needs. Within a week I was back, met with Iryna again... and in 3 hours I drove home in my brand new Subaru a very happy camper. Brought car in for service and problem was not fixed I dropped my car for service the night before my appointment was first thing the next day. I didn't receive a call at all the next day and when I cal I dropped my car for service the night before my appointment was first thing the next day. I didn't receive a call at all the next day and when I called them they couldn't find any record of my car. I was then told it was being diagnosed. I was called back 1 hour later and told they count find any problems. I feel like they just did not want to perform the warranty work. I brought my car to another Suburu dealer 2 days later and they replaced the defective part and the noise is now gone. I will not be going back to this dealer for future service or to purchase my next Suburu. More

She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, explained the different trim levels and options in the available cars, and let the car sell itself....because let's face it, they're great cars.
