I talked to the sales person(Pearl) over the phone, telling her my list of things I wanted in a vehicle(with price, note and make/model ). I set up an appointment for the next day and when I arrived, telling her my list of things I wanted in a vehicle(with price, note and make/model ). I set up an appointment for the next day and when I arrived, I was happily surprised !!! Not only did I get the exact car(make/model) but the note was well under my monthly note amount. And get this, I thought my credit score was going to be a factor, but I was approved in under 20 minutes !!! Customer Service, Price , Quality of work, Friendliness an and overall experience should be rated as "fantastic" but I had to "check" off GREAT! The quality of the vehicle was exceptional(very clean and smooth ride). Pearl was friendly and her customer service had a "non" pressured sales feeling. Pearl told me that, "All Star Dodge Denham", wanted me to be a customer for life, not for just this car. But what really made me happy was the price. thanks again Pearl. More
