I made my appointment on line the night before for an oil change. I arrived about 20 minutes early and they took my car straight back for servicing. I had an oil change, tire rotation and 2 air filters replaced along with a courtesy check for any potential concerns. I was out within 45 minutes! INCREDIABLE! So glad to have found the great Service Center to bring my Pilot too! More

Saturday oil change I arrived early and was one of the first in line. The check process was quick. Within a couple of minutes a tech was assigned to my car and off it w I arrived early and was one of the first in line. The check process was quick. Within a couple of minutes a tech was assigned to my car and off it went. About 25 mins later the customer serive rep came over review the checklist and handed me the keys. Very pleased with process.
