The policy has already paid for itself, so to speak, and my Accord's engine is being kept in tiptop condition, thus far, wholly free of charge. In addition, I can offer rave reviews about the Service Department our Honda dealership here in Abilene, Texas. Unfailingly courteous and meticulously attentive to detail, the Service staff at our dealership are marvelous people to work with. I recommend them all highly! More

Service Advisor works tirelessly to solve the problem My 2018 Honda Odyssey was having navigation system issues. Sound on the navigation would work sometimes and not others. I had taken the Odyssey in when it wouldn't work, but then it would work when I tried to demonstrate to the service advisor (Kendall Gunter). Kendall never doubted me for a minute that there was an issue, just couldn't get it to happen at the dealership. Kendall continued to search his web for service bulletins relating to my problem. He was able to locate a service bulletin that matched my symptoms. Turned out it was a radio issue rather than a navigation issue. Had Kendall not been persistent in his search, I would still have a broken Odyssey. More
