Do not trust these people. I took my vehicle to this dealership to take care of the airbag issue. I made the appointment through the Honda website after it verified that I did I took my vehicle to this dealership to take care of the airbag issue. I made the appointment through the Honda website after it verified that I did indeed need 2 new airbags. I was not upset at Honda and made the appointment at a time when I would be in the area for at least 2 weeks. When we dropped off the vehicle, they told me it would be 1 1/2 hours. 5 weeks later, I actually received my car back. In the meantime, they loaned me a hail-damaged vehicle. It was filthy and needed a good vacuum when I took possession. I should have made them send it to the detailer. Instead, I washed it myself. I took impeccable care of their vehicle, but when I returned it, the bullying started. For a month now, Monica, the one in charge of loaners, has been playing phone tag with me. Never once would she actually tell me what she wanted. She just told me to call. I did, and she was never available. Do not trust these people. They have said everything from I scratched the car to the fact that I owe them a cleaning fee. Take your car or your business elsewhere please! More
