Great service dept, Failure of a product and a fraud It used to be that Honda had a great product and bad service, Now it is just vise-versa. It is a good thing that Honda of Abilene has great service for the last 2-3 years because their CVT Transmission is a Engineering Failure. They Need to Change the Mileage sticker on the car to 26 in town and 32 HWY. My Honda Civic has never got 32 in town and 39 on the hwy. I wish they would Recall my transmission and put the one in that was in my Civic before this 2014. I have had a CRV and a Honda Civic before this one. They were Great Cars and this one is a fraud. This is also what I will explain to the legislative committees in Austin at the next session. I already have to go for my Job to testify before committees on Water. I would like to have the Honda CRV or the Civic before the CVT Transmission. Honda needs to Fire the Engineers of the CVT Transmission or send them to General Motors. General Motors is used to having Recalls and mistakes. I guess this explains why my Honda sales person (That I bought this car from!)went to Nisan and the Honda Sales person that I spoke to the other day said they would not get rid of their Hyundai. I will dump this Honda Civic and Go get a Nisan or Hyundai ASAP. Dale Adams More

After a test drive (where I knew the Toyota RAV 4 I was driving was exactly what I wanted) Steve went to work and overcame some huge hurdles to make the car I wanted available at a price I could afford.I felt he went above and beyond what one would normally expect in caring for the customer. I will send everyone I know who is looking at vehicles to him and this dealership. In a few years when I'm ready for another vehicle I will definitely be returning. Thanks Steve!
